Delivery areas & timeframes

We deliver across all seven emirates of the UAE and to major cities in Saudi Arabia. Orders placed before 4pm are dispatched the same business day.

Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman: 1-2 business days
Abu Dhabi, Al Ain: 2-3 business days
RAK, Fujairah, UAQ: 2-4 business days
Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam (KSA): 3-5 business days
Other KSA cities: 4-6 business days

Delivery fees

Orders over AED 150: Free delivery
Orders under AED 150: Flat AED 15
Bulk / pallet orders: Quoted per shipment

The exact fee for your order is always shown on the checkout page before you confirm — there are no surprises at the door.

Cash on Delivery

All store orders are Cash on Delivery. You pay the courier in cash when the parcel arrives, so nothing is charged before your order is in your hands. Please keep the exact amount ready where possible.

Tracking your order

You receive an order confirmation with your order number as soon as you place it.
Our courier calls or messages you before arriving at your address.
If you missed the delivery, the courier reattempts once on the next business day.
Share your order number with us any time for a status update.

Good to know

Deliveries run Saturday to Thursday and on Friday afternoons.
Public holidays can add one business day to the estimates above.
Please check the parcel with the courier present before signing.
We cannot deliver to PO boxes — a street address is required.
