Do I need an account to place an order?

No. You can add products to your cart and check out as a guest. You only need to share a name, phone number and delivery address so the courier can reach you.

How do I know a product is in stock?

Every product page shows live stock for that item. If a product is out of stock, the add-to-cart button is disabled — you can still request it as a bulk order.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, as long as it has not been handed to the courier. Contact us with your order number as soon as possible and we will update or cancel it free of charge.

Across all seven emirates of the UAE and to major cities in Saudi Arabia. Remote areas may take one or two extra days.

How long does delivery take?

1-2 business days inside Dubai, Sharjah and Abu Dhabi, 2-4 business days for the rest of the UAE, and 3-6 business days for KSA.

Delivery is free on orders over AED 150. Below that a flat AED 15 delivery fee applies and is shown at checkout before you confirm.

Orders on this store are Cash on Delivery only. You pay the courier in cash when your parcel arrives, so nothing is charged upfront.
